Simon Imports will exchange or refund any purchase within 45 days (we can extend that under special request) as long as the merchandise is in Original Condition and as long as engagement rings or wedding rings have not been worn.

We do not require deposits even on custom made orders so you are not required to purchase the item until you are completely satisfied.
